Things to know before you make a reservation

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Open toe shoes NOT allowed anywhere in the building

  • Please be mindful of your language, we are family-friendly

  • Reservations begin on time even if the entire group has not arrived

  • Payment for reservation is due before session

  • You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your reservation time

  • Please note that reservations canceled after the deadline are nonrefundable
